Service Agreement

This agreement covers a 3-month coaching engagement consisting of 12 weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching calls and async messaging access to your coach between sessions via Telegram. Calls are scheduled weekly at a mutually agreed time. If you need to reschedule, provide 24 hours notice. Missed calls without notice are counted as a delivered session.

The price of this engagement is $3,000, payable in full before the first session. The price is fixed and non-negotiable. Payment plans are offered at the same total price.

Before your first coaching session, you may request a full refund for any reason. To request a refund before your first session, send a message to your coach via Telegram or email at mysty.vis@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

After your first coaching session, no refunds are available for any reason. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the coaching, inability to attend sessions, or failure to achieve specific results.

You may cancel future sessions at any time by notifying your coach via Telegram or email. Cancellation stops future scheduling but does not trigger a refund for sessions already delivered or for the engagement fee if paid in full. If you are on a monthly payment plan and cancel before all payments are complete, remaining payments are still owed for the full engagement term unless a refund is requested before your first session per the refund policy above.

Included in this engagement:

• 12 weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching calls
• Async messaging access to your coach via Telegram between sessions
• A structured curriculum focused on remote income acquisition
• Feedback on completed assignments and work product
• Resume and outreach strategy coaching

Not included in this engagement:

• Guaranteed job placement, job offers, or specific income results
• Legal, tax, or immigration advice or services
• Access to the founder's personal network contacts unless explicitly arranged and confirmed in writing

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from this engagement. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances, and external factors outside our control. What we guarantee is the delivery of 12 coaching sessions, async access between sessions, and a structured curriculum. If we fail to deliver a scheduled session, that session will be rescheduled or refunded at your option.

All coaching communication happens via Telegram and email. Your coach will respond to async messages within 24 hours during business hours. This agreement and all communications related to it are conducted in English.

By making payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms in this document. This agreement is sent to you before payment. You are not required to agree to it during a live call. Take time to review it. If you have questions, ask before completing your purchase.
